By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the pg89.asia website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the pg89 Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the pg89 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pg89, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by pg89 for a violation of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. pg89 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party, and you accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.

pg89 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. While pg89 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, no security system is entirely impenetrable, and pg89 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Account against unauthorized access.

You must notify pg89 immediately at the contact details provided in Section 17 if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. pg89 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

pg89 reserves the right to suspend or lock an Account if it detects unusual activity, suspected unauthorized access, or any activity that may indicate a security breach, pending investigation and verification.

pg89 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, prior to allowing continued use of the Platform. KYC verification is a mandatory compliance requirement and is not optional.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID);
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your registered name);
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, as requested by the pg89 compliance team.

pg89 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account termination.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws.

All deposits to your pg89 Account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit and potential Account suspension.

pg89 accepts the following payment methods for deposits, all denominated in Philippine Peso (₱):

• GCash (instant processing)
• PayMaya / Maya (instant processing)
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (subject to issuing bank processing times)

pg89 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and Account verification status. Current deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. pg89 may modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by pg89's payment processing systems. pg89 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network outages.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified Account. pg89 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal request is processed, you must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 5. pg89 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time prior to processing a withdrawal.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows (subject to KYC clearance and compliance review):

• GCash and Maya: Typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during business hours;
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank): Typically processed within 1–3 business hours of approval;
• Debit card: Processing times vary by issuing bank, typically 1–3 business days.

pg89 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of compliance checks, fraud investigations, or verification of wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. In cases where fraud or a breach of these Terms is suspected, pg89 may freeze Account funds pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. pg89 may modify these limits at any time.

pg89 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus terms applicable to all pg89 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as specified in each promotion's terms;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pg89 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;

Without limiting the foregoing, pg89 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content;
• Any technical failures, including server downtime, network outages, or software bugs;
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other service providers.

pg89's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pg89's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this section shall prevent pg89 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
